1. Enrollment:

   • To participate in the Keynote Business Group Affiliate Program, individuals must submit an application through the designated affiliate sign-up page.

   • Keynote Business Group reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility:

   • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old to participate in the program.

   • Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Affiliate Links:

   • Upon acceptance into the program, affiliates will be provided with unique affiliate links to track referrals.

   • Affiliates are prohibited from altering, modifying, or misrepresenting their affiliate links.

4. Promotional Materials:

   • Affiliates may use promotional materials provided by Keynote Business Group, including banners, graphics, and text, for the sole purpose of promoting Keynote Business Group and its services.

   • Affiliates may also create their own promotional materials with our company logo, subject to review and approval by Keynote Business Group.

     Post on social media atleast 3 times a month. 

     Affiliates earn a commission for each approved business loan referral in accordance with the commission structure outlined in the affiliate dashboard.

   • Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, with a minimum payout threshold determined by Keynote Business Group.

   • Payments will be made via the preferred payment method selected by the affiliate during the sign-up process.

7. Referral Validation:

   • To be eligible for a commission, referred businesses must be approved for a business loan by Keynote Business Group.

   • Commissions are only earned for successful conversions, and Keynote Business Group reserves the right to reject commissions for incomplete or fraudulent referrals.

8. Termination of Participation:

   • Keynote Business Group reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Keynote Business Group.

   • Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice to Keynote Business Group.

9. Intellectual Property:

   • Affiliates acknowledge that all intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and content, associated with Keynote Business Group is the sole property of Keynote Business Group.

   • Affiliates may not use Keynote Business Group's intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

    • Keynote Business Group reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.

    • Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Keynote Business Group operates.

By enrolling in the Keynote Business Group Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Violation of these terms may result in the termination of participation and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
